If you get a new computer or want to use the tool on another device:
Make sure you're using the correct My Clippings.txt file from your Kindle's documents folder. The file should contain your highlights and notes separated by ========== markers.
Some browsers may block downloads. Look for a download icon in your browser's address bar and allow the download.
Make sure you enter the key exactly as shown, with hyphens. Format: KINDLE-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. If it still doesn't work, contact support with your purchase receipt.
Connect your Kindle to your computer via USB. It appears as a external drive. Navigate to the documents folder and look for My Clippings.txt. Copy it to your computer and drag it onto the tool.
